Welcome to Confident at work, the small group coaching and training programme where you will learn how to grow and maintain your professional confidence.
After coaching 100’s of people to grow their confidence, I noticed there were common thinking and behaviour patterns in lower confidence and higher confidence. This programme has been developed to help you identify and reduce the habits and behaviour patterns which are reducing your confidence and help you develop the foundational behaviours which will build and maintain your confidence over time.
There are two options within the programme:-
(1) Group - this gives you access to all live training and weekly group coaching calls.
(2) Individual - this gives you access to all live training and the weekly group coaching calls, plus 10 individual coaching sessions.

Three month coaching and training program.
After coaching 100’s of people to grow their confidence, I noticed there were common thinking and behaviour patterns whether someone's confidence was higher or lower. The Confident at Work programme has been developed to help you identify and reduce the habits and behaviours which erode confidence at work and develop the foundational behaviours you need to build and maintain your confidence over time.
When joining the programme, there are two options to choose from:-
(1) Group - choosing the group option gives you access to the three 90 minute live trainings and a weekly group coaching call. Whether you are getting coached personally on the call or learning from others coaching, group coaching will support you to overcome your confidence challenges and troubleshoot any issues. You can join live every week or watch the replay.
(2) Individual - choosing the individual option gives you access to the three live trainings and all the group coaching calls, plus 10 individual 60 minute coaching calls with Anna to be used within the three month programme. If you need additional or private support, this option is for you.
Start date: The next cohort begins the first week of April 2023.
Cost: There are now two options for you to choose from:-
(1) Group - £720 (VAT included)
(2) Individual - £2400 (VAT included)
